Helen is IDTA trained (taught by Angela from Angie's Dance Academy) and has over 5 years experience teaching.

She specialises in Ballroom and Latin, and has obtained President's Award 3 Ballroom and President's Award 2 Latin American.

Russel is not technically trained, but has been dancing for many years and you should see how much he enjoys himself. He is experienced enough to help others and is always willing to offer advice and share his knowledge.
